Welcome to We Can Thrive Collective, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any communication or content provided by We Can Thrive Collective. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

We Can Thrive Collective provides consulting, coaching, advocacy, training, and educational services. These services are designed to support personal growth, educational navigation, family well-being, and professional development.

We do not provide mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or medical services.

Our services are not a substitute for clinical diagnosis, psychiatric care, or therapeutic treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical services, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

2. Coaching, Advocacy, and Consulting

All services offered are non-clinical in nature and are intended to support skill-building, awareness, personal empowerment, and informed decision-making.

You acknowledge that:

  • Coaching and consulting do not constitute therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment.

  • Any tools, strategies, or recommendations provided are not guarantees of specific results.

  • Implementation of any advice is voluntary and solely the responsibility of the client.

No Guarantees or Warranties

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties — expressed or implied — about the results you may achieve by using our services. Outcomes vary based on many factors, including your personal follow-through, context, and consistency.

You agree that your progress depends on your own commitment to applying the tools, strategies, and insights offered in sessions.

3. Independent Contractors

Our team includes a variety of certified and experienced consultants. Unless otherwise stated:

  • All providers other than Michael J. Sarna, our Owner and Operator, are independent contractors, not employees of We Can Thrive Collective.

  • While we vet each contractor for credentials and quality, they are responsible for the methods, practices, and scheduling of their own services within our framework.

4. Virtual Service Model

All services are delivered virtually. You are responsible for having access to a stable internet connection and a private setting for sessions. We are not liable for interruptions caused by technology or third-party platforms.

5. Confidentiality

While we take reasonable precautions to maintain privacy and confidentiality:

  • Our services do not fall under HIPAA protections as we are not a covered healthcare provider.

  • We will not share your information with outside parties without your written consent, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm, court orders).

6. Payment and Cancellations

All services are paid in accordance with your selected plan (pay-as-you-go, package, or subscription). Details will be confirmed in writing after your initial consultation.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a session being forfeited or billed unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. User Responsibility

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and follow-through

  • You will not interpret any session as clinical, legal, or medical advice

  • You will disclose honestly about your needs, circumstances, and expectations

8. Intellectual Property

All materials shared through our classes, coaching, website, or training are the property of We Can Thrive Collective, LLC and may not be redistributed, copied, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
